With the global net zero carbon emissions issue in 2050, many countries continue to promote renewable energy, and circular economy policies. Taiwan also calls out the vision of "resource recycling and zero waste". Since plastic raw materials are indispensable raw materials in various industries, however excessive convenience has resulted in an excessive amount of plastic waste. With the promotion of the recycling policy for several years, Taiwanese have gradually become aware of resource recycling. However, due to the serious mixing of recyclables, it takes lots of manpower and material resources to recycle, and the cost of recycling is too high, which reduces the willingness of the recycling industry to dispose. President packaging industrial corp. proposes "Plastic bottle high-efficiency multi-function processing equipment development plan", creates the integrated functional intelligent storage machine which combined with the optical identification function IR spectrum and AI imaging to complete bottle type identification, material, weight and metal removal, crushing function and sorting function. The equipment can simplify traditional recycling process and improve the efficiency and proportion of material collection reuse. The recycling plant controls the quality of recycled materials, and then plans to use 100% recycled materials to complete recycled products, achieving the goal of zero waste in resource recycling.
